Annual Assessments - 2024
Assessments for the year 2024, remain the same at $285.00 per parcel per year,  billed in April and due June 1st. 
Payment must be received by June 15th to avoid a late fee of $28.50.
Regular Board Meetings
Board Meetings are usually held quarterly on the second Wednesday at 5:00 P.M. The next Board meeting will be held via Zoom and telephone and at the physical location of Ralston Management. 
Agenda and instructions for joining the meeting are sent via email, posted on the web site and posted on the bulletin board at Sandia Creek and Via Vaquero.
